Of the 13 sub-sectors, 7 recorded declines, with the largest negative impact coming from basic pharmaceutical products (-2.6%). Other notable decreases were observed in chemicals and chemical products (-3.7%), coke and refined petroleum products (-2.9%), and machinery and equipment n.e.c (-2.8%). On the other hand, production rose mainly for food, beverages and tobacco (0.5%), computer, electronic and optical products (1.8%), and other manufacturing and repair (1.2%).
