The dog park is hard to find. Once in the park turn left down the rocky road and go past the dam area and bare left... Dog park is on the left

K12 IncAğustos 22, 2011Did you know? The dam at Morgan Falls Park was built in 1904, originally to provide power to Atlanta’s streetcars. Today it provides power to about 4400 homes.
There is a leash off dog park down the hill from the kids park with separate areas for dogs above and below 25 pounds.
Bring cold water, a hat and sunscreen. Beautiful park.
JCEylül 9, 2013With the park railing and platfrom there now, its hard to get a clear wide shot of the dam.
Try the trails. They overlook the river and the views are spectacular.- Beautiful...serene. Saturdays are the stay at home mothers and the kids day out
- Make sure you walk the trails, plenty of shade there.
Now with big canopies over the playhround equipment to provide shade and keep the equipment cool!

Park equipment pretty hot when the sun is out. No trees to provide shade. Come when sun is going down.
- Shades are being installed Feb 2012 on the playground.
Amazing new park! Great playgrounds for kids, huge pavillion, boat ramp.
- Come early - no shade and everything gets really REALLY hot
