Mr SpockEkim 2, 2017It’s impossible to understate what DC has here. World class Szechuan food. You have to try the popcorn chicken you have to try the Szechuan cold noodles, you have to try the lamb hamburger.

Fish in spicy black bean sauce is also amazing but quite a large serve for two.
Panda Gourmet is a D.C. staple, tucked away right by a Days Inn, a gas station and a bunch of parking lots. The food is truly amazing, and so are the prices.
Best Szechuan in the city limits. Can't go wrong with any of the noodles, and the fish filet with silken tofu in hot chili sauce has an amazing flavor.

Loren WorsleyEkim 11, 2016Ma Po Tofu lived up to its reputation! Cumin lamb was a bit much for me tho. That said, service was shitty. We were 1/2 couples in the whole restaurant and the staff was mostly nowhere to be found.
I've liked everything I've tried in three visits here. Today's surprise? Sesame Liang Pi. And maybe the best Ma Po Tofu in town.
