Contacting the Company and listening to the options it was clear what to do and I waited only a short time before Tina came on the line. I explained why my payment had failed and that it was preferable for me to pay an invoice rather than having a direct debit. Tina assured me that this was fine and we then did the renewal in full. Tina reminded me of the restrictions like the age of vehicles etc. The matter was then closed and we each wished the other a happy Christmas. I soon received an email confirming the paid transaction and details of my cover so all was settled very straightforwardly in just a few minutes. tina was very helpful.

I used innocent driver for the first time this year, they were recommended to me by the repairer of my car as they deal with everything for you when you have been in a non fault accident. I was involved in a non fault accident in 2023, and dealt with my insurance myself. It was a really stressful time, and took about 7 months to get everything completely sorted. I ended up having to pay my £500 excess which I had to wait a few months for my insurance to pay back to me. Spending probably over 10 hours on the phone to insurance during this time. However, using innocent driver has been a completely different and far better experience. Ashleigh was given my claim to deal with, and she has been amazing. My car was bumped into on the 1st of December, and by the 20th of December everything was sorted. I had my car repaired and giving back to me. I havent had to pay a single penny, and I haven’t had to spend more than 10 minutes on the phone. I had a hire car arranged for me for the duration that my car was being repaired, and the hire car company and innocent driver were always available if I needed to contact them. The wait time on the phone is always less than a minute, and everyone at innocent driver has been very thorough and quick to help get my car sorted. I can’t believe how helpful everyone at Innocent Driver has been, this process was completely handled for me. When your car is involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault, it’s already stressful having to deal with everything yourself. Especially before Christmas! However, Innocent Driver completely sorted everything for me. An amazing company that I will certainly be recommending to anyone that ever finds themselves in a non fault accident. This is a short version of a long and detailed review I wrote a couple of weeks ago. The day my car was hit (and subsequently written off) by a farm vehicle was not a good one. However, the help, kindness, professionalism and efficiency of Lemonaid Legal under case leader Paige Rayner and Richard Duffy was extraordinary. They looked after or delegated every aspect of my claim and within six weeks it was all sorted and settled. It was overwhelming at the time but their constant guidance, reassurance and efficient communications between all parties and companies was quite something. I would definitely turn to them should the awful happen again.

I recently had a fantastic experience with alpha claims and hire for accident management services after a no fault accident. Their team was highly professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me step-by-step, handling all the paperwork and negotiations with the at fault insurance company, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I hope I don’t have an accident again. But if I do I will use alpha claims in Birmingham again
