My goto supplier for quality Italian ingredients and thoughtful, helpful customer service. I had an Italian friend come up to visit me this weekend and I made her Pasta alla Gricia. I look to her for rating the ingredients I use and she told me the Guanciale was very, very good indeed. I also ordered anti pasti charcuterie including mortadella, Napoli salami, bresaola all excellent and the pecorino Romano was superb, again Gioia remarked how good the Pecorino was. Affetto deliver as well so I’m lucky to have found them.

Do Not order from this company. I ordered two hampers which were supposed to be delivered before Chrsitmas. I reached out for an update on xmas even and didn't get a reply. The items never arrived so I reached out again on Jan 4th and still haven't had a reply. I opened a case with PayPal today to try to get my money back. They have never responded to my emails.

Still awaiting a refund. I cancelled my subscription on the 3rd of December and have yet to receive a full refund. On the receipt attached £16 was taken from my bank on the 28th of November for deliveries on the 2nd if December and the 6th if December.  The 2nd of December delivery arrived but the eggs were broken. The customer support received was disappointing and I had to chase 3x until I asked to close my account and was advised I would receive a refund.  I promptly received a refund of £5.60 for the broken eggs on the 4th of December. The delivery on the 6th of December did not take place as I had cancelled ny subscription on the 3rd.  I have still not had a refund for this.  I emailed customer support friday the 13th to chase this and was advised to wait 10 working days which passed on Tuesday the 17th. I logged a query on the app as I still had no refund and I have not had a response.  Please process the refund for the remaining amount overdue to me of £8.20. I should not have to chase repeatedly for my money back for a delivery I did not receive. It has been a very disappointing service with 2 of my 3 deliveries having issues but the poor customer service was the final straw.  I sent the above complaint in December. I have since received £0.25. I've sent multiple emails chasing my refund. Very disappointing service. As of today 13th of January I am still owed £7.95 from this company
