Ive just joined my order was a little mixed up wrong flavoured milk shake was delivered I emailed them as I didn't know if they would deliver it wrong again would just be a waste of money an milk shake really but they straight away issued a refund an milk an milkshakes is always correct an delivered on time, chocolate an strawberry milk shakes are so tasty 😋 we love them! Milkman/woman is so quite I was up and didn't even here them deliver my milk my dogs didn't even bark which is surprising! Fresh tasty milk love it thankyou mcqueens happy customer here 😀

The products arrived safely. I’ve just started using them. The honey & ginger makes a delicious hot drink and the cough medicine is soothing my tickly cough. So I’m expecting them to be doing me good.

Unless you just want milk I would not bother. I have ordered different items on three separate delivery’s and all of them they have failed to deliver the extra items. It says on there website in stock but that means in the company not at your local depot so it’s luck of the draw wether you get it or not. Tried to cancel after the second failed delivery but was given an excuse and a voucher so gave it another chance then you can guess what happened yup failed to deliver again. I would strongly advise not using these as it’s just a waste of time as your have to go to the shops anyway.

My goto supplier for quality Italian ingredients and thoughtful, helpful customer service. I had an Italian friend come up to visit me this weekend and I made her Pasta alla Gricia. I look to her for rating the ingredients I use and she told me the Guanciale was very, very good indeed. I also ordered anti pasti charcuterie including mortadella, Napoli salami, bresaola all excellent and the pecorino Romano was superb, again Gioia remarked how good the Pecorino was. Affetto deliver as well so I’m lucky to have found them.

Do Not order from this company. I ordered two hampers which were supposed to be delivered before Chrsitmas. I reached out for an update on xmas even and didn't get a reply. The items never arrived so I reached out again on Jan 4th and still haven't had a reply. I opened a case with PayPal today to try to get my money back. They have never responded to my emails.
