We were looking for someone local to help us in getting a plans for our dormer extension in Leamington. I’m a plasterer by trade and although I’m hands on have a great knowledge of the building trade, Francis of Build Vibrant really knew what he was doing and was able to work with us, get the planning and building regs consent. When we ran into a couple of tricky situation he was able to step in and get us moving again. Cheers Francis

Dani and the team were exceptional. From the creative ideas, the patience in putting together the drawings and re-drafting when needed, to the support and advice all along the process; everything was of the highest quality. The project was slightly more difficult since we could not be present for large chunks of it, but Dani collaborated so well remotely that it really didn't make a difference. She was a true partner all along the process and we couldn't have asked for a better one!

Dishonest and untrustworthy. The onboarding process starts well, with clear communication from Jay and a thorough check-in inventory. However, their claim of professional cleaning is false, with multiple areas missed—despite strict demands for outgoing tenants to hire professional cleaners. During the tenancy, management was often slow to address issues. The check-out process, managed by Kyri and team, was painfully drawn out, with dishonest attempts to retain as much of the deposit as possible. Always document everything and rely on the TDS process to protect yourself. Proceed with caution.

Really happy with Extension plans service. Always kept me clearly informed with what was going on and completed the drawings to a very high standard efficiently. I would definitely recommend them.
