I had Chris complete a full renovation on my kitchen and bathroom after seeing his previous work, he was responsive, clean and tidy while completing work on time and to a very high standard. His prices were spot on for the quality of work which was being completed, a pleasure to work with!

A further update on the curious case of Andrew Carrol. We refused to pay for his joke plans (1 sheet with many errors) and then bizarrely he took us to the small claims court recently. His case was of course dismissed and he's had to pay costs. Be forewarned. We strongly suspect that his game is to make incredibly poor drawings (all done on a bit of hobby software you could learn yourself in a couple of hours) and then try and get people to pay for them. If you do pay you'll never hear from again. If you refuse to pay he'll try and intimidate you with court proceedings. He has some positive reviews on Local Surveyors Direct which if you look at you'll see they aren't really reviews but almost certainly written by himself. I've made a formal complaint with Local Surveyors direct so hopefully they will strike him off. Cheers

Initially we appointed another company and they let us down. In stepped Dunham Hale Surveyors last minute and they booked the survey appointment within an hour of speaking with them. They explained that the results would take a few extra days than normal due to the short notice appointment. We were happy with this as we had a verbal report the day after the survey. In summary, excellent service. Detailed report, good comms and very pleased. Managed to get 8.5k off property so extra pleased. We will certainly use again but not the original company.

It was wonderful experience working with Amazing Builder group from start to finish. Excellent communication from the start and all the way through the process. Living abroad and having works done to our property in a different country was a daunting prospect but they made it very easy and the job went very smoothly. We were updated regularly with photos of the works in progress and timelines were always met. I found them to be extremely helpful in advising on which product to choose. The end result was a fantastic finish and very professional. We were in constant contact with the builder working on the job who would share step by step photos and speak speak regularly on the phone with us. We are very pleased with all the work they did in our house and we will definitely be working with them again. I rate them very highly and their pricing was also very affordable too. We are very happy with the works done and look forward to working with them again.

We have recently obtained planning permission to build a lean to and a barn. Despite issues outside their control, Hannah and her team have updated us all of the way and have helped us whenever possible. It was a pleasure to engage with them.

Got a reasonable quote price and they were prompt in coming over to get the measurement, prepare the plan and submit. Got a reversed plan made and resubmitted when the first was rejected. And today I have my approval.
