The site was easy to navigate. I found the purchase to be seamless. I understand its difficult when you use other services, ie delivery services. But have a word with them about how they handle your items. My box was battered and bruised, looked second hand, nothing good about it .

Great quality product. Not so great on delivery. The label with the address on was so small that the package was delivered to the wrong address because the delivery guy misread the label. Please print delivery addresses larger and clearer in future.

It took a couple of gos for my order to go through. I hope that wasn't because initially I didn't sign up for an account and sign away my data. After I did that the order went through. Process was straightforward, the product descriptions were helpful and the variety of sports impressive.

Just wanted to write a review as I panicked when I placed my order and came on here to read reviews, ordered 4 items for my son and all delivered within a week, can't comment on customer service so I won't give 5star - just wanted to put this incase someone came on panicking like I did lol!
