I’ve been looking for a lithium replacement for our camper leisure battery for some time, but couldn’t find one to fit under the driver’s seat. I found Titan, who make the only battery on the market that fits. I’m so glad they do, as their batteries are so much better than others in terms of features. Their customer support over the phone and via email was excellent. In the end, I spontaneously went to their shop on the day, rather than ordering online. Chris fitted it expertly, checked our system, set up the Victron and Titan settings and explained all the features. I tested the battery on a sub zero night, running my fridge, diesel heater, electric blanket, lights, charging gadgets etc and am amazed to see it still has 90% charge. For such a small 105ah battery, I wasn’t expecting that. The app gives so much information, it’s perfect. I wish I’d have found Titan sooner as this will make my camping experience so much easier. Thank you Titan for such a brilliant battery and customer service.

Had a call from Jacek today who'd rang to help me connect to my new Internet provider, I'd tried in vain for 3 weeks, Jacek was very helpful and extremely patient with me as i'm not the fastest so after approx 25 minutes of following his instructions I finally managed to connect, couldn't have done it without you Jacek so thank you very much its much appreciated.

Your battery pack for starting our gas fire was a great compromise between the original battery and the AA batteries pack we had been using. I broke the connector when trying to access it to replace the batteries. Your solution was a third of the price of the original. Incidentally the gas fire supplier is still trying to work out how to replace/mend the broken unit. Obviously the disadvantage is the wait.

When buying everything made easy. Friendly staff, courteous professional. When receiving everything well packaged and protected and arrives on time. I have about 10 Tracer batteries ranging from 10 amp hour - 24 amp hour batteries and they are amazing. You can put them to one side for six months plus and when you pick them up again, they’re still fully charged. The instructions say to put them on charge after that length of time and I do but most batteries six months down the line might well be dead. Tracer batteries live on. Very happy customer. Brian. Bought my second set of batteries from SLK as I had no problems with the first set , unfortunately the 2nd set barely got me home on my first journey (they were fully charged over night before 1st use) . Charged again when I got home , then checked they were charged before next journey, didn't get me home , tried calling SLK No joy, charged batteries again overnight had to be recovered. Decided to email after many failed attempts to call, left a voice messages . Finally had an email back to be told cos I only charged the batteries 3 times I'd damaged them as they need to be charged 15 times to reach their optimum performance, I said my previous batteries were fine for 2 years so it must be a fault with the new ones , they kept telling me I had caused the cell damage . New batteries fully charged should get me into town and back again (less than 3 miles) SLK were not having any of it , I had the batteries tested and the failed but SLK said of course they failed cos " I " had caused cell damage , despite me telling them my last SLK batteries were fine they wouldn't accept it was more than likely a manufacturing fault . As I paid through PayPal I raised a dispute through them but they wouldn't honour my dispute and closed my case today , I'm so angry but I guess I will have to put this down to experience. In the future I will read the reviews on anything I purchase online .
