We came in to try out the Stressless chairs for my elderly Father who has severe back and neck pain. We were fortunate to be served by Dale who spent a long time with us, allowing my Father to test out all the models and take his time choosing the best fit for him. Dale’s patience, knowledgeable advice and kindly demeanour made this experience very pleasant and we ordered the best chair for my Father’s needs. Thank you Dale.

Having had an absolute nightmare from another supplier, Oak Bed Store was my alternative choice. I telephoned their customer service who were really understanding and happily answered my queries and reassured me that delivery would be before Christmas. I went ahead and ordered online - taking delivery 10 days later. Their delivery men carried the packages into my home and opened each box to ensure we were happy with everything. Both myself and hubby managed to build it relatively easily and have to say that we are so impressed by their service and quality. With hindsight the disaster we encountered from the first company actually did us a favour in the long term as we ended up with a far better service and far superior quality from The Oak Bed Store - lesson learned you get what you pay for! Highly recommend Oak Bed Store.

Really helpful and attentive staff, both in the showroom and at home on the phone! Nothing was too much trouble, very reassuring as we have very tight access to the lounge in our cottage.
