Really happy with the service! It was my first time buying a refurbished Phone, and this company had exactly what my son wanted at a fair price. It arrived within a week, nicely packaged, making it perfect for gifting. The phone looks great in the box, but since it's a Christmas gift, I can't comment on how it performs yet

Have had good luck finding quality things on Etsy Canada but the delivery fees are becoming prohibitive, one person charging $111.00 to deliver a necklace!!! Canada Post now elevating fees which means higher delivery fees on Etsy no doubt.

what is this new feature? i turn on a feature and then once i do to “learn more about it” i can’t turn it off for an hour? i would attach a picture but it’s called “stolen device protection” i understand its protection but it still uses my phones location. i should do whatever i want with my phone, if i wanna turn it off there shouldn’t be a 1 hour delay until i can change anything in my security Apple. fix this feature idc that much if my iphone gets stolen lol

I was originally offered a great amount for my iPhone 14 Pro , the best offer on the market which was great . The IPhone I sent in was in excellent condition , it did have a few tiny marks around the charging port . To my surprise I received an amended offer of £34 less . I was not happy with this as I knew the condition of the phone I sent in was extremely good . The customer service team were fantastic and requested photos of the phone from the inspection team . Luckily I had taken photos of the phone prior to sending it and as it was being packaged . The phone had been damaged at some point during inspection . We mutually agreed on a price we were both happy with . To be honest I was not ecstatic that I had received an amended price however was very impressed how the situation was felt with and the service I received . Just make sure you take photos of your device before sending to avoid any discrepancies . Thank you UR you were great to deal with and I was paid swiftly !
