After a fanfare launch over 2 years ago, Sky Stream is still a basic, experimental and problematic product at best. We’ve just had the Gavin & Stacey Finale (and our Xmas Day) ruined by Sky Steam. Everything was fine until we live paused the most anticipated show of the year, only to restart it 20 mins later to experience continuous glitching, jumping and unprovoked pausing to the point it became unwatchable!! The Sky Steam tech is still so so bad that after two years they must admit defeat and cancel the whole product or better still, listen to the hundreds of appalling reviews on here, and actually get it fixed! (FYI: Our broadband speed is 500 mbps).

Our two year old Hotpoint washing machine has rusted through the metal, at the front of the machine and underneath the machine in several places. Water now leaks all over the floor when we run it. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the machine should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time. According to Appliances Direct, it is reasonable that a two-year old machine has rusted in several places and leaks water. It is only when something goes wrong, that you discover the true worth of a company. This company is allegedly above the law, and does not have to adhere to the Consumer Rights Act.

The eSIM is great. I bought before trip, so when i Got to the location, the SIM was allready available. The coverage is quite qood in Jukatan, so i highly recomend the service. 5*
