After finally reach them by the phone, since they are not willing to explain things properly by the email, after going through the security process, and being forced to listen negative comments of me sending them long emails (I mean how else to explain the situation, and also was stupid enough to pay them for something they are ignorant to do) when I finally had a chance to talk and start asking things, line was disconnected. Despite they know I was calling them from abroad where I currently am. For the example, day before I’ve spoken by the phone with my bank, as well from abroad, longer conversation, everything went perfectly well. With Experian, once you start asking what they don’t want to hear, line is off. Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, unprofessional. I really don’t understand, first of all, why this kind of companies even exist and how they can have such a power at all. Banks have all the data without them anyway. Other companies, landlords, etc., they can easy access all the information they need through the official government websites. No need for necessary crooks who are playing with destinies of other people. I tried to answer some people here, directly or to their posts here, but I can’t. If someone of any interest to go legally against this nonsense, please reach out to me here if can. This is lowest level of service, professionalism and purpose I ever seen in my life. England, especially London is hard place to live. Expenses wise especially and having this unnecessary companies around you to make life’s even more miserable, despite being reliable citizen, is something that needs to be banned from the government and will of the citizens first of all. They are lowering scores for fun. Who knows how many people they affected by their existence, their ignorance and unprofessionalism, with their dirty politics and games so people end up being sick and miserable. Very wrong system!!
