Terrible Insurance company! AVOID AVOID AVOID !! I took out e bike insurance and the BIke got stolen, this awful company won't pay a penny !! Even though it was fully locked up and we have the police report!! Please go else where when getting insurance, this company will put you through stress and won't pay out!! Just take your money so the CEO can enjoy high profits, they just got funding of over 4 million pounds and cant make their payouts, terrible people! RUN !

This is by far the worst insurance/breakdown provider I have dealt with. Never ever buy any insurance with this provider even if they sell it for free. They denied the service and have a person who can't speak English properly and after taking all the details from you will tell you that your claim has been denied. No service is available to you.

Auto renew but the cover changed without being specifically told. If I hadn't read all of the renewal I wouldn't have noticed I am no longer covered for flooding. This cover was omitted despite being part of the cover last year. I will now have to either amend my cover or cancel. Either one will incur charges

My electric bicycle‘s battery was stolen. Laka dealt with my claim very quickly and professionally. Communication feels very positive as opposed to the antagonistic style that one is used to from other insurance companies. My claim was paid within a week.
