Ordered a bed in September and it still has not arrived. The delivery company, Rhenus, cancelled the delivery slot last week. I was informed the delivery would be rescheduled in 48 hours. I am unable to make contact. Like Dusk, there is no phone number, just a sequence of automated emails. How does one sort this issue out?
