I purchased this product on Dec 13th with courier priority shipping which said 3-6 business days to my address. it has been over 11 days. I understand its the end of the year and the holidays but its double the promised delievery time. But when I had an issue there was a quick respond. The delay is just part of making purchases that have to travel internationally.

Paddy helped design a kitchen island so that we could expand our at home baking business. The whole process was very smooth and the fitters did an amazing job. We will certainly return to Paddy for any future work we want done in our kitchen.

I requested a trial for their VelVenti program for peak velocity pressure. I received a call, most likely from the owner, during which I explained that I use my own spreadsheet and their software would help speed up my work. I asked a few questions, and after that, the person on the phone accused me of trying to improve my software based on the trial. He also questioned whether I could afford the software, which is quite cheap. He refused to send me a trial and hung up on me. This person is delusional and xenophobic, refusing to do business with me. I would strongly recommend therapy for him. And yes, I will never do business with them!

Had our Ohme Pro EV charger fitted by Ben & Lucas on 10th January 2025, these guys were were so professional and friendly. Got a call on the day to advise the time of arrival, it was a freezing cold day which did not affect them, I had to force them to have a hot drink, they just got on with the job in hand. They engaged with us throughout the day, they installed the charger and associated cables where we asked them to, discussed options with us, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and provided an absolute hassle free professional service.
