Purchased 6x vinyl lps during end of November sale... all arrived promptly and at good price. There was a playback problem with one item; I am very pleased to report this was dealt with very simply, efficiently and a replacement despatched on a no quibble basis. Very impressed.

Ordered 2 records with same-day dispatch They werent sent til a week later when I chased. Then only received one with no mention of the 2nd. Tried to chase them again but no response. After another week they said they would refund as out of stock. Just poor service and communication

After over a decade of being a loyal customer I got an email today explaining that they are cancelling my subscription due to too many lost discs, unless I pay £20 to compensate for the lost disc. I would pay if I had actually lost the disc. The issue is that Royal Mail failed to deliver two discs in 2024 which I reported as lost/undelivered. Cinema Paradiso are basically putting the blame of the customer if RM fail to deliver a disc. Bonkers. Oh well. Goodbye then

Ordered Anime Movies on the 11th December as part of the 12 Days of Christmas Deal. I have used All The Anime for a number of orders here and there for the past 3 years and never had an issue only in delays of shipping. My order did not ship till the 16th December which I anticipated due to it being Christmas. My order was the fulfilled on the 17th but according to the tracking information my order had not been given to Royal Mail. I have attempted to contact All the Anime on 3 occasions, twice using the online contact form and once using their generic email address. It is now 4th January, I have received no response and my order is missing. I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal in relation to this order just to get my money back. I’m more than happy to wait and receive the order, but it doesn’t look like this will happen. In terms of deals All the Anime do great sales and in the past they have delivered just not at a fast pace, patience is the aim of the game here. However in terms of this recent order and the lack of customer service, I am really disheartened and I would very much caution buyers going forward, I’m not sure what has changed or why.

UPDATE: They have refunded the full amount, after i threatened legal action. If only I'd checked Trustpilot first, as I usually do, but so excited to find these dvds, that I forgot. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE. No dvds arrived, no communication or email replies. Reported them to online fraud investigators and the bank is aware.

I bought both the Space 1999 and UFO Technical Manuals, and I have to say these high quality hardbacks are beautiful and well written. I have been a Gerry Anderson fan since the mid 1970s and I could not be more pleased with the efforts to continue his legacy.
