Website says free delivery but on receiving my email receipt, I noticed there was a substantial delivery fee. A week after ordering, I contacted them as there were no updates re delivery (contact had to be via email as nobody answers the phone!) I cancelled my order! I ordered a similar product (costing £10 less!) from EU, it arrived the next day! You'd think a parcel from England would arrive quicker than from mainland Europe!?

I rarely leave reviews unless they are bad but on this occasion I think this deserved a positive one. I have dyed my hair since I was a teenager and I’m now in my mid 40s. I have never bleached my hair but used semi permanent colours on top of my dark brown hair. I used another brand for many years until about 6 months ago when I came across Manic Panic. I have had red on the bottom half of my hair for about 10 years now and it’s very high maintenance as it fades so fast but since trying your Vampire Red, I'm never going back to the other brand. Not only is the colour stunning, even over dark hair but it lasts so much longer and my hair feels amazing! I’ve now bought the amplified version to try too. Very very happy and love your products �

Ive used them for a long time and ive used alot of companys in the past and organic dyes uk are far the best ive used in delivery and quality up yo date very help full and ive never hd a problem like other companys ive used
