British Gas homecare IS SO BAD 1 TIME LEFT ME WITHOUT HEATING FOR 3 WEEKS BUT THIS TIME TOLD ME I HAD a leak and i didnt what a hassle floor up and allot of abuse after in compitant people lie about problem and telll me to etrck my house and just abuse me loads as im disabled even threaten police on me worst company ever. I also disabled they dont help me and just try to make excuses and try and put fault on me wgich is incorrect bunch of cowboys and liars

It is great being back with OVO, highly recommend them. After moving home I had trying to get back to OVO. It wasn’t easy due the current supplier of the house I had moved into wasn’t able to switch me over I think due to not being able to pick up the Gas readings which I wasn’t aware of. OVO to the rescue I will get this issue resolved. I had Sam on the phone with me he went over and beyond to help solve this issue. was patient and resolved all question I had. Fab customer service.
