Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a selection of meat from this butcher, and the delivery was supposedly left outside my property — but it was nowhere to be found. After discovering the issue, I contacted customer service, and the nightmare began. Jodie, the representative I dealt with, was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of assisting with locating the parcel, arranging a refund, or resending the order, I was met with constant excuses and a complete lack of responsibility. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly told to “call the police” as if this was somehow my problem to resolve. I expected a professional resolution, not to be harassed into dealing with their courier’s incompetence. This company clearly does not care about its customers once they’ve taken your money. Avoid at all costs—there are plenty of other butchers who value their customers and provide reliable service. One star is generous.

Fake reviews praising this company & luring people in to visit or purchase online. Still no word from them since last November 2024 despite sending numerous emails, messages or phone calls. When they won't even answer the phone its a warning sign. People order in good faith & pay upfront for goods online but when you don't receive all of your goods this is corruption of the highest order. Not one shred of decency with Nigel & after reading about fake reviews well that says it all.

I bought a presentation box of Lancashire cheeses for a friend who now lives in Scotland. She was absolutely delighted! Nicely presented, excellent cheese quality and properly chilled delivery, all at a fair price. Could not have asked for more.

Big shout out to a lovely lady who helped us today. Struggling to find a Christmas tree we rang before travelling and she was so polite and helpful on the phone and then when we got to the shop she helped us put through the net etc, it’s staff like her that make Strawberry Fields a great place to shop and she is a huge asset Thanks again!!

I loved the personal attention. I was sending hampers to family in Scotland - more than one address! And they were just so helpful. The recipients were pretty impressed too!
