Roller blinds as expected as I don't really think you can go wrong with those, but the roman blinds are very disappointing. When down they look like I've hung some old rags up at the windows and when I pull them up they have to be teased into position to prevent them creasing in the wrong positions. I will definitely go back to using a smaller business next time.

Like others I too have had nothing but poor service from Sarah Raven. I ordered early December for a mid January special birthday present. It never arrived . The tracking service only indicated it was ready for collection. I phoned and was initially pleased as the order was redone with direct delivery to my friend. However on checking the delivery would be delivered on time I was then informed that the initial delivery had been returned by Royal Mail with no reason. This was after I phoned to see where it was and I was not informed of it return. On top of that I was then told I had been misinformed as to the reorder’s delivery date of after 7 January and that , in fact , delivery was not possible until after end of January. No records at SR to indicate what had actually occurred. Nice stuff but extremely poor service ( same with bulb order last year). Avoid using this company , pleasant staff on the phone but it doesn’t translate into good customer experience. I cannot recommend at all unfortunately.
