I was so disappointed that it was not possible to speak to someone on the phone, email exchanges took for ever and are simply not a suitable option to sort out problems. I feel there is clearly a software/compatibility issue with the V5 that may have been resolvable over the phone, this not being the case I have returned it.

When I ordered the Ecco golf shoes, you were showing stock of size 41 and accepted my order due for delivery before Christmas. It later came to light that the stock wasn’t there and I was advised that more would be coming from America and still be delivered before Christmas. After chasing the order again I was then advised a revised delivery date of 9th January which you nearly got right actually delivering on 10th January. The shoes are exactly what I wanted but weren’t a very good Christmas present-

Ordered 2 golf clubs on 10th December for my son for Christmas, one arrived promptly the other didn’t arrive. I chased via email (telephone line was not being answered), as it was a present before Christmas, received response 24th December, only to be told they didn’t have the item in stock and the order had been cancelled and they would issue a refund 3-5 working days. I did not receive any notification of this and wonder when I would have been advised had I not chased? The refund did not appear so had to chase again to be told the refund hadn’t worked - refund now received 9th January. I placed 2 separate orders on 10th December initially for items, the second order I did receive an email 26th December advising one of the items was not in stock, again with a refund due 3-5 working days. I have just chased this refund today as it still hasn’t been received. If items are not in stock do not have them showing as available on the website as this causes disappointment and money is being taken for items not available to sell. When chasing not made to feel valued all in all disappointing service when using online proposition.
