I had Alan come today as a revisit because a previous engineer didn't have rhe correct specs for my new 25 plate vehicle so couldn't transfer my ghost from my old car. Alan although he still didn't have the current specification managed to get my ghost installed and working. There is still one element which Alan could not do as it is an autowatch issue. Interms of the work Alan has done and the time scale i have no quarms about a 5 star review. I was kept informed and upto date on everything. He arrived when he said he was going to.
