The team at Holdem Removals are fantastic from dealing initially with Ella and then doing the video survey & quote with Alex and the end a very last minute confirmation of my days before my move. Then on the day of the move Adrian and he’s colleague were very polite and worked extremely hard to get all my furniture moved out of my second floor flat and then much later in the day when my very last minute (4:30pm) completion happened the guys quickly came to my new house in Wellingborough from their base in Northampton and very efficiently got all my items where i asked them to put them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Holdem again, I thought there price was a very fair one and they certainly did what they said they would.

Had a call with Nadia to set up my bills in my new home. Excellent service took around 20 mins to half an hour. What a lovely lady Nadia is, explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. Should I move again I will no hesitation to use these again. Thank you Paul Marsden

We have recently moved and had to put our entire home into storage in Frome. We used Storage King to store everything while we waited for our house to be completed. The team at Storage King were very helpful. Security on site seemed very good and the access control and temperature in the unit remained constant. We were able to access at varied times which was very convenient. We will definitely use Storage King again and recommend them.

From the customer service team (Josey) actually booking the removals to the removal guys in particular (Paul and Ash) who came to us over two days packing up - the level of customer service was outstanding and everyone so professional and pleasant to have around - so pleased we chose them it was a 10/10 for us!

I reluctantly give LMS a 2 star. The actual men that moved us were fantastic, they were fast, efficient and communicative as well as careful. I would give them alone 5 stars. I would rate LMS as a company much lower. They sent their employees with the wrong size vehicle and it was not adequate for the job. Even though Lee who quoted us advised to be careful that quotes included the correct vehicle size for our goods. This meant two trips were required and we had to legally vacate the property at a set time, which was then not possible. LMS were over double other quotes we received and based on reviews we expected no issues on the day of moving. Overall very disappointed in the company but very thankful that competent and friendly people attended on the job.
