As I had never heard of MPB before and was spending too me at least a lot of money. I checked every review I could find and the reviews convinced me they are genuine which they are 100%. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix P1000 at about 2.30pm and it arrived at about 2.30pm the next day. I definitely recommend MPB

The visit started with a telephone call concerning a water damaged late Victorian 20 x 15 inch photograph. Edgardo answered the 'phone. He immediately appreciated what I was trying to achieve and offered a solution. The conversation led to my research project and my use of macro photography (ie re-photographing sections of existing 130 year old photographs), which I enjoy as an amateur historian with simple point and shoot knowledge. Since the early 1990's my photographic archive is on conventional film. Lighting, tripods, cable releases etc. I had to learn - the hard way. Then along came digital. A friend loaned me a Nikon D80 (in 2010) which was very good, but without cable release. Today as my research continues my need for help proved a problem. Edgardo helped me through this minefield. To cut it short the purchase of a Nikon D600 and cable release has proved the answer. All was efficiently explained and demonstrated in the shop. The service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Jessops, and Edgardo in particular, as he immediately understood what the customer wanted and was practical in his guidance, (I and a retired widower), whose photographic understanding/skills (I am a point, focus, shoot person) are restrictive. As a former sales executive (25 years) in the agricultural industry I do not use advertising jargon lightly, particularly regards SERVICE, but in a few words - My Jessops experience far exceeded my expectations.

Bought a gift card for our daughter this Christmas as the camera case she wanted was out of stock. Mistakenly bought an e-card so messaged to see if could be changed. Impressively quick response but decided in the end to stick with e-card which daughter is thrilled with.

Ordered a Metaquest in plenty of time for Christmas. It came with water damaged packaging. I asked for a replacement that would be delivered in time for Christmas. I was told that the replacement would not be delivered before Christmas. I now have to wait 28 days for a refund! I bought the metaquest from Amazon on next day delivery!
