After a disastrous experience with a previous chiller and US point of purchase, it was refreshing to find a UK chiller distributor with a realistic price point. I purchased a MyoChill and it was delivered within two days, with clear set up instructions, and points of contact for any support. I also requested additional parts to better suit my available space, and the MyoMaster support team were outstanding, and even though I offered to pay, they were sent out free of charge, again with a two day delivery window. I can’t fault MyoMaster, and with a two year warranty I’m optimistic the chiller will be fantastic value for money.

Impossible to return an unused item. No ability to return yourself, have to wait for a label to be sent by the company have have been waiting over 6 weeks trying to return an item.
