So, firstly, someone senior at Timpson needs to have a chat with Tom at the Swansea Asda Llansamlet branch, because he's either had a really bad christmas, or is struggling and needs an arm around him. My wife brought a suit back that was collected yesterday which still had stains on it. Tom, who wasn't overly helpful when it was dropped off a few days earlier and without even looking at the garment said "I can't do anything about that because I didn't see it, you'll need to speak to the manager". We tried to explain the issue as maybe he misunderstood but again explained, this time getting a little agitated that we would need to see the manager in the store tomorrow (so another wasted journey) because he didn't see the garment. My wife asked for his full name, to which he replied "why would I give you my full name" in an aggressive manner before standing up as if to square up to me. He then proceeded to insult me, a customer, as I was walking away. Timpson, you claim on your website to provide "Great service, by great people" - but there is one person letting you down here. Tom definitely needs some customer service training. Unhelpful, rude and aggressive. Someone have a word.
