After a fanfare launch over 2 years ago, Sky Stream is still a basic, experimental and problematic product at best. We’ve just had the Gavin & Stacey Finale (and our Xmas Day) ruined by Sky Steam. Everything was fine until we live paused the most anticipated show of the year, only to restart it 20 mins later to experience continuous glitching, jumping and unprovoked pausing to the point it became unwatchable!! The Sky Steam tech is still so so bad that after two years they must admit defeat and cancel the whole product or better still, listen to the hundreds of appalling reviews on here, and actually get it fixed! (FYI: Our broadband speed is 500 mbps).

Hardware wasn't great for my gameserver so i requested a refund, contact is extremely fast and they are very helpful. The speed of their customer support is really unique as is the quality.

I had an email account for Virgin Media and they have decided to lock my access to it for no reason, the instructions it gives for unlocking don't work at all. That email is used for my important stuff including my bank account, so now I can't even access my bank account because of this. Now my life is in danger because I am unable to read important emails. NEVER use Virgin Media for email!

Tried topping up on Christmas Eve morning, they was some technical issues with card payments (on Asda side) spoke to customer support and i didn't catch her name (she was a American women) but wow she was such a bubbly and friendly person, she said they seems to be some slight issues trying to process top up payments but she said you know what its Christmas and said im gonna add unlimited data, texts and mins for you for 30 days as a Good will guesture, and said i won't set up autoreniew incase i decided i wanted a smaller bundle the following month so she will leave it off for me decided on that, wished me a happy Christmas and said goodbye. Was on the call for less then 3 mins, no messing around, she saw they was some slight issues, decided to instantly resolve it no fuss or anything! Was really pleasant speaking with a customer support agent with such a bubbly attitude was extremely friendly and went above and beyond right away, kept it short and sweet! Shame i didnt get her name because she is a credit to her profession, other networks should take notes! That is how you provide excellent service to customers. Deserved a mention for just what she did for me and how pleasant she was and quickly she sorted it.
