The planning application was submitted without consideration of statutory mandatory requirements. Poor communication. They didn’t have a clue about the area of its surroundings. Don’t waste your time with them. Just wanted us to pay there fees .

The 4D Planning team have been remarkable, coming to my aid quickly, efficiently, and knowledgably, to lodge a retrospective planning application.
Within the first week of contact, I had a telephone meeting with a Planning Consultant to explain my situation, then an appointment was made for a lovely Architectural Technician to do a site visit for photographs and measurements for their design. They met all their proposed timescales and provided very detailed drawings and report. They provided professional advise and I am extremely pleased that our application was approved outright at the first Planning Meeting it was presented to.

We had some previously approved plans which didn't really achieve what we wanted. Graham was our Consultant who helped us get our plans revised, and worked with the local planning authority to ensure they were approved, to get as close as possible to what we wanted. Elie and James at 4D Planning worked with with us to obtain planning permission for a new 2 bed house in SE London. A different firm had reviewed our plan and stated the project was a non runner. However, 4D Planning took the job and by working on several design issues were able to achieve planning permission. The design works well, looks good and fitted our brief. They are up front with fees and charge a fair rate for a good job. I'll be using 4D again and shall recommend them.

They seem to have a depth of experience – they were the only company I found, after contacting many others, who understood and were able to give advice on the somewhat obscure live/work category which covered our flat.

We have a project of converting carehome into apartments. This was our first experience to apply for planning permission from council. 4D planning was really helpful, particularly Elie. First of all, they gave us a very clear outline and cost breakdown structure. There was no confusion and hidden costs. They were patient with our ideas and minor amendments throughout the process. We had a very challenging project and had consulted with many architects, that not only wanted to charge very high fees based on a potential cost of the final build, but also could not tell us what could be approved. Elie was highly recommended by a friend and has been great! He is very knowledgable on planning matters and had a lot of patience with all the twists and turns we’ve had.
We worked with Elie and Max from pre-application to approval. And we finally managed to get both extensions we wanted!

Elie at 4D Planning kept us up to date at every step of the planning process including replying swiftly with a quote and possible extra expenses on top. There were delays from our local planning authority and he was great at keeping us in the loop. We hired 4 planning for a complex large scale project for our 5 bed detached house in Barnet.
