I work as self employed and I was working when I had the accident I didn’t know how to deal with accident and I had no savings to carry on working, I was advised by a friend of mine to go through accident specialist, I spoke to Javed initially and explained the situation, they helped my organise a car and take appropriate actions, I am very thankful to him and his team for being really friendly and supportive throughout the process. I had a car accident and I didn’t know what to do … from the day one team was so professional and friendly . Katie, Ellie and Sue were amazing ! They responded all my questions so quick and updated me about my case . Staff also provided me courtesy car which was very helpful with commuting to work . Accident specialists assisted me throughout the whole process and made it as easy as it could be. Any questions/concerns you have they will address them as fast as possible for you. You get an agent that will keep in contact with you, and deal with everything. I had Katie. She looked after me very well and I would recommend these guys to anyone that is in need of Assistants when in an accident.

We contacted accident specialists following an unfortunate accident in our vehicle last year and I’m so glad we did, the same day their representative came to our house to bring a hire car that we loved, so we didn’t have to manage with two kids and no car for any amount of time. And instead of having to deal with call centres and spend hours sorting things out this was all taken care of for us which was also such a huge help, im so grateful for all their hard work and their communication along the way was superb. In the end, you have to be satisfied with the service. In my case, I was helped throughout the management scenario since I needed a reputable accident specialist and the company went above and beyond the call of duty with their partnered solicitor to handle any measurable issues. I was able to fully comprehend the situation thanks to receiving frequent information from the management specialist.
The only reason it's not a five-star review is that I'm still waiting for one claim settlement since June 2021. I've been waiting for one claim to be resolved since June 2021, which is the only reason this rating isn't five stars. Those persistently pursuing the MIB for a response will encounter answer more quickly.
