The picture I sent in is no way as clear as the one advertising. It is a christmas present and can not tell who the people are even tough one of them is me
After receiving good communication and customer service replacing my item I feel it only fair to increase the star rating.
I agree with Ace to get approval from a mock up prior ordering would be beneficial in clarity of getting what is ordered.

The link through Instagram app didn't let me load pics. Once I went to the website direct everything worked smoothly and getting a draft of what the end product would look like, and changing the image was well managed, with the final product being excellent quality and professionally presented. Extremely happy.

The photos I sent were not compatible however Nick emailed with options and ideas to get the gift I wanted right.
After a couple of exchanges all was good to go, my marker arrived ahead of schedule even though there was this slight delay at the start. The quality of the product is exceptional, would highly recommend.

My dad wanted a ball marker with the image engraved being a mix of his old dog who passed recently and his current dog. I emailed the company who got back to me very quickly to see if the image was possible to be engraved and were very helpful with this! Got it sorted and ordered, can exceptionally quick and my dad loves having his two precious girls who have been engraved perfectly on the ball marker. 10/10 service and product.

What an incredible company! Sent them my design but the picture file was too small. Contact with them was fast and efficient and we sorted a replacement picture out and I have just received the ball marker and all I can say is that I am over the moon with it. The quality and design is top class. And the presentation box was unexpected but really made this company stand out! I will definitely be using them again!

Sorry only one word ."WOW".
Im a keen golfer and love my family when i saw this advertised i was sceptical. But i sent a pic of son his wife and grandchildren and 5 days later was i in for a shock. A pic etched in to a bronze large thick coin that was stunning. I can honestly say if anybody is looking for a personalised gift for a golfer , look no further anyone recieving this would be delighted.
It really helps you sink those long putts. (Sorry just kidding)

Really happy with the ball stencil and pen. Bought one for a mate for his birthday and ended up getting myself one too. Comes with a fine tip pen that fits the stencil. Unfortunately, one of the pens in my delivery was bone dry with no ink. After contacting the seller I was sent out a replacement promptly. Very happy customer.

Ace are exactly that 'ACE' at what they do. I have purchased a few markers from Ace now and cannot recommend them enough. Have had some custom ideas also that Ace were more than happy to take on and produce the items much better than I could have imagined. Fantastic company and brilliant products.

Great experience with Ace Customs and over the moon with the personalised ball marker. The 'Round to Remember' was my 61 at my local course. It helps to remind me that I am a decent golfer, even when the putt is for double bogey lol
