The selection of merchandise is fabulous. The items are very unique and look amazing. The website however lacks considerably. The company is UK based and they have made an attempt to Americanize the site when it detects a US user. Unfortunately, several time while shopping, the site would revert to UK sizing and currency in £. Really distracting and actually had me placing an order for the wrong size shoe.

I just love the shoes. I've bought 3 pairs last 2 years. I refused my friends and they bought 6 pairs all together. The company was always on time with shipment. The customer service was very helpful, too.

Order a woven belt. You wouldn’t assume that much can go into a basic accessory, but there’s tell tale signs that the construction is superior to other brands. The leather accents are premium, buckle is sturdier. You get what you pay for.

I love these golf shoes. They are great quality, comfortable, and very cute with two lace options. I usually wear my Royal Albatros shoes as street shoes first as they are so attractive and then I start wearing them as golf shoes.

Royal Albatross Shoes are the most comfortable, the materials used to make the shoes are as good as it gets and they look good. More often than not I seem to be pulling them off my shoe rack over my Ecco and Gfore shoes. And the service and knowledge of staff is remarkable

Love these shoes. I have several pair and all so comfortable & stylish. Just ordered a pair in the wrong size by mistake. I sent an email to customer service advising them and asking if it could be corrected prior to their shipment. They got back very quickly and made the correction - excellent service!

The Duchess Queen of Hearts golf glove is sooooo darling, yet utterly professional. The leather is buttery soft. the fit is true to size, yet has a bit of stretch for that "exact" fit one is hoping for! The cheery cherry red heart is strongly adhered to the glove. It made a sweeeeet addition to our outfits for the "Through the Looking "Grass" outfits. And it arrived within days of placing the online order. Nicely done, Royal Albartross!

Royal albatross is my absolute favorite golf shoe. Your shoes are the most comfortable and you have the most unique styles in golf shoes. I have introduced your products to the ladies at my country club. Now many of them are also loyal Royal Albatross customers. During our 2024 ladies member / guest event we had a ‘pop up shop’ and Royal Albatross was the only golf shoes featured for sale.

Wow what an easy process for returns. First got introduced to Royal Albartross on a visit to Pinehurst Golf Club. . I had an issue with the pair of shoes I purchased from the pro shop there. Went online found customer service contact information. Within a week I was sent a gift card to purchase a new pair online. Thank you so much for making the process so easy. Did not hesitate to purchase another pair as they have been the most comfortable pair of golf shoes I have ever worn. Thanks again to Kate and her team for making this a great experience.

I contacted Royal Albartross regarding the width for one of their shoes. The response was very quickly returned with assurance that if the shoe was not wide enough, they would gladly accept a return. This made it a low risk purchase. At the end of the day, the shoe needed to be stretched but is incredibly comfortable and is like wearing a pair of slippers around the golf course.

Beautiful, distinctive golf shoes. Very comfortable. I was a little hesitant re sizing as I am in 7.5 in most golf shoes. I decided to trust recommendation to go up to next size and it worked out. May not have risked it if the shoes weren't on sale.

My gloves and backpack are lovely the gloves are true to size the backpack is very well made only problem is it is slightly small for travel and a full size laptop will not fit in it.

I've been wearing Royal Albartross shoes for many years now. They are by far the most comfortable and stylish shoes I have ever worn on a golf course and I would even say off the golf course! I have 5 pairs now and even the 1st pair I bought are still in great condition. The gloves are also the best quality glove I have ever worn and the different colours are great if you want to co-ordinate! Just recently started buying my belts as well... cool colours and patterns. Overall, a high end product but worth every penny!
