Very bad quality of furniture

Very bad quality of furniture , I was delivered a broken end table. They claim that they use teak wood but the piece was a mix of low quality plywood, veneer and some local wood , not even mango wood .
The polish was also all uneven and not even 20% of what was shown in the image on their site. Not worth buying Firniture from them. Their quality is worse than urban ladder and pepper fry

Amala Earth is one of my favourite…

Amala Earth is one of my favourite brands. Not only are their products amazing and have great value for money whilst being so good in every way for the Earth - to top it all - the brand also has exceptional customer service. Their representative Karan went over and above to ensure my query was resolved in the most efficient manner and in the quickest way possible. It goes to show the brand really cares and that for me is why I will remain a loyal customer always.

Stitching and Quality is bad and not worth the price

The stuff online looks good quality and seems like will meet expectations. But completely not worth it. I ordered a dress, it is not good fit at all and the stitching is terrible. The cloth is also not high quality. Doesn't match the price at all. When I called them for return, they said they don't accept return at all and the only option is to take the same product in different size. That was not my problem. the fit was terrible, in whatever size. Quite stringent so please do not waste money. Snooty as hell

Good selection, but extremely inefficient deliveries.

I like the promise of earth-friendly products. Good selection and variety of products. Not having enough product reviews and ratings is an issue when deciding to buy a product.

I do not like the deliveries at all. If an order contains 5 different products, then each of the products are delivered separately. It leads to so many deliveries, and extremely hard to keep track of whether the entire order has arrived or not. And not to mention the inconvenience of so many visits from delivery agents. Also, from an earth-friendliness perspective, so many deliveries is definitely not good for the earth: so much extra packaging per package, so many round trips, etc. Also, the speed of delivery is very slow. We are spoilt by Amazon delivering in 2-3 days. So, waiting for a week or more for many items is not ideal.

Very bad service

Very bad service, I placed an order for bulk Diwali hamper and the order had to be delivered on 20th Oct till now there is no update on delivery and when called customer care they keep giving excuses >

Amala earth’s customer service is quite…

Amala earth’s customer service is quite poor. They don’t push notifications in time when the product status gets updated. Also, the customer service representative often tell the app has glitch and have no knowledge about the orders placed.

It’s very unusual of me that I’m…

It’s very unusual of me that I’m writing a review but guys never buy from here
They’re not at all trustworthy
My product hasn’t been delivered yet it’s been almost 20 days tho it’s showing it’s delivered and I’ve emailed and sms/called them tons about the matter to claim my refund
And the customer care is worse, they don’t even bother to response as
And they take all the orders prepaid so basically neither did I get my order nor my money back

Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Blue dart service doesnt courier only Raakhi courier of Amala earth. Ordered on 31st Jul.Courier not reached till 12thAug'2024 yet. Help support has no clue neither cancel or refund option....Dont buy from Amala earth.

There products are unnecessarily…

There products are unnecessarily expensive. I wanted to purchase shirt for my daughter and as per the product quality it was expensive. Could not return because of their bad customer service. Found this website Cottonlush they had great designs for kids shirt but their prices are far better than the ones on Amala Earth, may be because of them charging more from their sellers.

Products are not organic

I bought "Tiny snooze Organic Cotton Baby Pillow & Bolsters" from this website. I thought Amala Earth had genuine products. The product description has all the catchy words like "GOTS certified organic cotton fabric" bla bla. and the price is on the higher side But this is a cheap quality product with low-grade synthetic filling and fillings are coming out from the outer fabric.

Hello I have ordered mutki style glass…

Hello I have ordered mutki style glass but I have received only one pl.guide only one glass is worth rs.1000 I have already paid but only one glass received and in picture you are showing six glasses so I thought it must be six for one glass you are. Charging Rs.1000 is very costly if I want to return what is the procedure pl.guide

The feel of two mulmul dohars received…

The feel of two mulmul dohars received is nowhere near mulmul, and not even give the feel of pure cotton. Wanted to return, but told by customer service that these are non returnable, though the site says easy returns within Seven days. Will never buy from them again !!

Please Avoid shopping anything from this amala earth..
Try to buy product directly from the Perticular brand websites to avoid further inconvenience.. this Amala earth is actually conning
customers across the country with cheap,expired and damaged products.this people have started deleteing all the customers negative reviews.. it shows the type of cheap scammer level mentality this company is having..
Don't expect any Refund after Return.. this Amala Earth actually Run by bunch of scammers..

Not that the reviews matter looking at the trend this site has followed after getting in so many negative feedbacks wherein they’ve been questioned on the customer service and low quality goods received
Their team even lacks basic knowledge
All they do is waste customers time and money

Save your time and money

Save your time, money and sanity and do not buy anything from this website or app. They have an extremely poor customer service, bad products and an inconvenient return/ exchange policy. I have been trying to contact their customer support and they are not responsive at all. Exchange needs to happen within 7 days but there is no system of initiating exchange. The customer support team has taken more than 7 days to communicate with me. I strongly do not recommend this company.
