It had been a couple years since I had bought my stools. They were never opened since I was waiting for my dining room to be redone. Finally it happened, but when I opened one box I was sent 2 bottoms. No questions asked. They sent me a whole new bottom. I was so happy to finally have my dining room completed!

Ordered 4 vinyl bar stools, counter height, in the color Floridian red, which actually when they got here is more of a red, which is what I wanted. They look absolutely beautiful in my space, and I get wonderful comments on them! I sat for the first time on them today to have a meal, and they were more comfortable than my dining room chairs!!

I drove Brad crazy requesting samples and studied the different options for months before buying. It arrived today and was packaged well - no damage. I love the table and chairs. Both are quality, well made products that will outlast me. If you are considering buying one, the staff are patient and very helpful. You will be well pleased. I will post photos in the future.

I ordered two classic ice-cream parlor chairs to go with an antique enamel-top table. They are beautiful, well-made and arrived promptly. I am a repeat customer- ordered a set of 6 custom-made counter chairs in the past which are also wonderful- 10 years old, used every day and still in great shape. I’ve been wanting furniture from this business for years. Finally, for my birthday I gifted myself Floridian yellow vinyl counter stools. They are even better looking in person than the photo on the website.

Besides all that, customer service was excellent and prompt. I spoke to Brad several times throughout my ordering and afterward when I received them. He answered all of my questions and even assisted in assembly via email.

Couldn’t ask for a better birthday present and I love supporting small and local businesses, especially products made in the USA, like this company does.

After ordering and receiving 4 counter height chairs, they were not going to fit my kitchen table as hoped. American Chairs followed up with me in a timely manner and offered to allow me to return the chairs if I was not completely satisfied. This was a huge relief and I am most appreciative!

Lovely chair and exactly what I needed to complete my red oval 50s diner set with only 3 seats. An accent to the 50s oversized style, the crackle ice vinyl is a special sister (not twin) to the set, with its added comfortable seat and sleeker design

First i received my order within 2 weeks(much faster than promised)
although there was damage to part of the frame the seat was fine i then called to report the damage and promptly received a replacement frame 2 days later. Everyone was very nice
Not only do i love the product , i appreciated the prompt and courteous service as well

My order was sent back by courier as not able to deliver. A serious error as my address has not changed in years. American Chairs found my table and chairs. They ensured the order was delivered to proper address. With two countries involved no easy task.

Ordering was easy. I even forgot to give the specific height, and was contacted nearly immediately so they could get my chair out the door fast! The quality of the chair is great. I'd certainly buy from American Chairs again! Only 4 stars because two bolts were missing in my order. They sent me replacements, but I needed the chair that weekend (before the replacements arrived), so I had to take a trip to the store to buy what I needed to be able to use the chair.

I love my new chairs! They surround my fetching 1950’s table with the same gray marbling that I chose for the chair piping. They are sturdy, beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I appreciated the great selection of colors/patterns from which to choose. So nice to know that American Chairs is out there to supply the quality that I require! I really liked the option to double the seat thickness! My custom order of six chairs was received within a few weeks! I also really liked the packaging that you used. I am a devout recycler, and there was absolutely no waste, no non-environmental tape to remove. I had the boxes broken down and ready to recycle in no time.
