Avoid this pitiful excuse of a company at all costs. They made a complete hash of my planning submission from start to finish. They submitted the wrong docs to the council, then ignored requests to submit the right docs meaning my planning submission had ZERO chance of success. And then they stopped responding to my emails and calls. So please do not make the same mistake I made and do not waste your time or money with them! I am sure someone will respond to this review by claiming they have never heard of me as they have done elsewhere. If so I will happily follow up with full details of the county court judgement that has been issued in my favour against them.

Struggled to get along with my previous architectsm i felt there ego prevented the project from move forward. Arcplan delivered a quick scheme, listened to my feedback and ideas and helped get them passed, we are now building onsite. Must say arc plan where great and hassle free.

I was initially anxious about working with an architectural service online, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. We didn’t have to take any time off work or spend our weekends in office meetings. Instead, we organized a Zoom meeting and executed the project seamlessly. Very pleased with the Arc Plan team!

Not much choice in my area for local architects, so i didn't have much choice but to search google. Glad i did in the end as Arcplan worked out so well for me, with online meetings and clear communication paths, I felt like I was in the room with the architects. They listened to my advice and helped make my extentsion reality with ease.

Fast and precise, great communication mechanisms through online chat and whatsapp made me really feel close to the team at all times as they responded everytime to my questions, with having to wait too long. Worth the costs.

The drawings service was ideal and fairly straight forward, but what impressed us the most was the onsite support they gave a year after when we were building. Marcus and his team happily called through to us and builders onsite to advise on queries the builders had onsite to ensure a smooth build. Without cost.... Very happy

I found this service not up to expectations. Poor advice was given about us achieving planning permission for our project. The project was rejected by the planners on 2 attempts. By the time we got planning approval (3rd attempt) it wasn't worth us building.
The initial advice we got from Arcplan said there would be no problem getting the approvals. This was poor advice that led to us spending a lot of money and time on the project.
I would now go to a local architect, who knows the local market than deal with an online business like this. A poor experience overall.

A local architect quoted over $3,000 for a single-storey extension, but these guys beat both the price and timing. They’re legends! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move quickly with their projects.

We contacted Arcplan through the website as just an initial enquiry. They responded immediately and even set up a zoom call that day to understand our requirements. Sham took me through all of the details and showed me what was possible. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went out of their way to really understand the project. This level of service was before even a quote was generated which is unheard of these days. Unfortunately our proposed project was unfeasible as advised. I am so grateful to get this advice without having to purchase a quote and thus saving me time and money. Would highly recommend Arc plan - professional, timely ans knowledgeable team. Thanks again
