Worse experience ever. Stay away if you don't want to lose your money

Worse experience ever. My order was never delivered. Customer support stoped replying after the first standard massage. One month waiting and trying to get any update with zero result. They shipped my order to somebody else and I was not allowed to receive the products I paid for before they will find who they send and try to return it. The products were not unique, still they had plenty in stock to reship it, but NO.
After numerous emails they sent me money back (but less than it was paid for unknown reason) even without notice if I agree for refund or still I want to get what I ordered!
If you want to lose your money, time and nerves it's a right place.

I will buy from Ars Mundi again!

I was hesitant to order from Ars Mundi due to the mixed reviews, also being from Mexico customs can get tricky with art items so it was double the hesitancy, but Ars Mundi delivered, the sculpture is exactly as they advertised, and they shipped in the exact same time they said they would, I got all of my questions answered by Thorsten and Gabriele (and I made a lot of questions) from their customer service team, and the statue itself is gorgeous and heavy, I love it, came in to Mexico without a single issue. Will definitely buy from them again.

Don't waste your time

Ordered a sculpture that was listed as available, without any information for several weeks, I asked about the status. Then they respond with it is not available and has to be made. After several more weeks of waiting I get a letter saying the sculpture is no longer available. Just a waste of time with this company. Communication is poor and they have no clue what is available or not yet happy to offer if all the same. Stay away!!
