I can honestly say I've not had customer service from any company as good as I've had over the past few years with AES.
Having bought a Remora i12 ASHP for my koi pond the machine has been faultless for over 3 years and has ran constantly during this time even in the depths of a Scottish deep frost.
Simon who I dealt with originally has been excellent with any questions I've had and even adapted the ASHP bespoke to a particular requirement of mines before supply.

I have used AES for several years and I have never been disappointed by the Service, Staff or Products.
In all the years of purchasing swimming pool parts or pumps, I have never had to send anything back as faulty or wrong and I’ve found collecting has always been fast and simple.

Happy with the product and it seems to be running well over last couple of weeks. Documentation could be a bit better to explain operational modes but to be fair, info was supplied after I made contact and a call back went through what I needed.

Ordered the i15 Remora Inverter heat pump. I couldn't take receipt next day so I rang AES and asked to delay delivery until the end of the week.
This was no problem and the heater arrived well packaged on the day we had agreed.
Installed the heater and tested before shutting down for winter, so all good

Turned on my Ramora swimming pool heat pump for the first time this season only to discover an error code. Automated Environmental Systems were excellent to deal with. A technical person offered to video call me once he was out of a meeting. All this despite the heater being out of warranty. While waiting for him to call I solved the problem with Google. An installation error was to blame. This firm don’t just sell you something and then offer no back up.

Advice for selecting the right choice of pump was excellent. Somehow the wrong pump ( 3phase was delivered over confusion of codes on line), however the correct pump was resent and the old collected within 24hrs. As a result I ordered a second pump. Delivery efficient and quick. I do think however there should be a warning pop up window when selecting a check box when there’s so many options/ codes to avoid selecting a 3 phase in error. Something like “ are you sure you want a 3 phase”. Other pop ups occur for inserts etc so could be done. Thanks

They have ALWAYS been extremely helpful and professional, and their team, be it sales (James, Miles) or their engineers (Chris, Dawid) have always given the impression they actually care about your unique situation and work hard to resolve any issues. Fantastic Service!
I purchased a heat pump from AES 2 years ago. All been running fine until this year where I had an issue with the heating control unit. Sent an email on Sunday afternoon and had a new control unit on Tuesday morning. Quickly swapped the unit anmd everything is working as normal. Great service and I would highly recommend AES, great company!

AES are lovely people to deal with.
The company that deliver their pallets are a bit of a liability to their operation.
I was sent notification that a delivery would be made on 16.05, but it didn't turn up until mid-day on 17.05.
The online tracking portal was concise to the point it got to the pallet distribution depot, then it seemed nobody bothered to keep the portal updated.
That said, the pallet arrived well wrapped and with a 'do not stack' cone on top and there was no damage.
The driver was also very pleasant.
Can't comment on the effectiveness of the kit I've ordered yet, as it is still boxed until the outdoor pool comes out for the summer.

We send pallets and parcels on a next working day service so it's disappointing when this doesn't happen and there is no contact from the local depot to notify of a delay. Having had a heat pump installed 2 years ago by AES, I phoned them when I dioscovered the old pump was leaking due to a design fault. Within 2 days AES had visited and confirmed this , but the device was ruined.
However I was able to get 2 new pumps at a great discount, to replace the old one, with much better specs and great user interface through the app.
Simon has been very helpful and the installation team were very professional.
Throughout all my contact with the team over the last couple of years they have always been very helpful and eager to problem solve. Also the new Ramora professional series have a longer warranty and has the ability to be accessed remotely by the engineering team if thefre is an issue.
If you are looking for a new heating system for a swimming pool then look no further AES will have all the solutions for you

My husband installed our swimming pool heater which we purchased from AES they answered all of our questions and queries throughout the installation process and until we had completed it successfully. You rarely find a company who’s after sales support matches their presales. So they have earnt a big thumbs up from me, I highly recommend AES if you are thinking of buying a pump or a heater.

If ever you need to buy an air source heat pump this company is the best, I purchased the remaro 12.8kw heat pump, excellent bit if kit. From the minute I placed my order I was kept informed of dispatch progress and was delivered the next working day. These guys don't just take your money and forget about you, any questions or install issues the are there on the end of the phone to help and advise, nothing is to much trouble to them. Definitely will use these guys if and when I decided to push the boat out and upgrade my heat pump.
