I rent a office and storage at wrexham gavin and rachel who work there are polite helpful and very friendly nothing is ever too much trouble for them they keep me updated on any post or parcel that I may have delivered to the office.

They make it a good place to be I will now be a long term Tennant due to the welcome they have given me

From the very start of our emergency storage requirements (turned out of temporary accommodation by a “friend”) Rachel did her very best to ensure that we could stow our house contents safely and accessibly. Rachel was even able to suggest contacts who might be able to help with the carriage.

At every visit Rachel knew who we were and what might be required, particularly when sanity neared and we were able to downsize to a smaller unit.

Now that IS service; friendly, professional and backed by experience.

We could not be happier with our experience of Big Padlock, Ayr. From our initial enquiry staff were friendly, helpful and informative. When we had a delay to taking rental of the unit the staff could not have been more understanding of our circumstances and were very accommodating. The unit is safe and secure and is perfect for our belongings.

The girl is amazing she runs the store with complete efficiency and professionalism. The other guy was not helpful at all just sat on his phone the whole time I was there. Would only 4 stars due to this.

Booked a storage container for two months at the Aintree site following a sudden bereavement. Staff there are so helpful. Being open 6 days per week was a bonus. The storage units are clean and secure and the whole site is well run. We dealt with Jackie throughout who is an asset to the company.

We found Big Padlock Ayr online (Google search) and contacted them, Annelize (assistant manager) was quick to respond and answer all our questions. It was straightforward to arrange a viewing of the storage facilities and great to meet face to face to discuss our needs.

The storage units are clean, dry and easy to operate, the security system is reassuring and set timings of accessing the storage facility is adequate (7am - 7pm daily). You can drive your vehicle into the offloading bay easily and there are trollies and wheels to help transport your items.

There are various options of payment and the contracts are flexible (with notice period).

As we were provided excellent customer care and felt welcome from the outset, we did not enquire or look elsewhere we visited and signed up…. So far we are pleased with big padlock and cannot thank Annelize enough, she is a wonderful person with great people skills and provides honest advice with options if necessary.

Highly recommend this service to others.

Really positive experience with the Halifax. big padlock - the staff were really helpful and friendly - we had to extend for longer than initially expected and it was no problem. Had no issues with the numerous trips back and forth - no waiting or queuing. After 6 months, all our stuff was in the same condition as we dropped it. Thoroughly recommend

Annelize at the Ayr branch so helpful.
Took out a self storage unit for a year and will park our motorhome on site when a plot becomes vacant.
The storage unit is excellent with easy access and trolleys even provided.

Had never used any storage facility previously and needed something at very short notice. Phoned Big Padlock and they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was explained very thoroughly. The charges are very reasonable; the place is clean and secure. The staff were helpful, friendly and considerate - both on the phone and in person. Would highly recommend.

Whole process of storing my items due to house move went smoothly from start to finish. Carol & Dennis were helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble.
Cant thank them enough for their help & support, their customer service skills are second to non.
Easy Access,clean, bright, plenty of security cameras. trolleys to move your stuff.
The notice-to-leave and deposit return was processed very fast. will recommend and use again without question 5*****

I hadn't used storage before using Big Padlock in 2021 while relocating and wating to buy a house. Carol was brilliant from stat to finish in guiding me through space options and being available for any quesitions. I return again inbetween house moves in 2024 to the same brilliant and friendly serivce from Carol. Aside from that the space is well lit and secure and has 24 hr access at a good price and I'd highly recommend it. The team also have recommendations for removals, trades and other help might need which is handy

first Id like to say thankyou to Carol on the front desk,she is a credit to this company. I've never used storage before and the help and advise she gave was brilliant,even down to recommending a man with a man.I used this company whilst i moved house,it seems very busy here but nothing was to much trouble bless her she was run off her feet.I will definitely use this storage again in the future if needed,great experience and great cuppa, thanks again carol x

Fantastic set up. Helpful, professional and friendly staff, nothing is to much. Pitches are a generous size with good security measures in place. Good access arrangements and plenty of space to manoeuvre your van into place.
