I bought a computer

I bought a computer, had a minor issue, spoke with a real person on the phone, laptop was returned (cost covered by Blackmore) refund processed. Despite issue with machine, I was impressed by Blackmore so I bought another laptop, it was as described perfect working condition, great value

The pc received was in excellent condition, exactly as described and at a great price. Delivery was made within 3 days, despite it being the week before Christmas.

Great product, great value

The process of ordering and product received we great and really good value!
We had some trouble receiving a copy of our invoice but the team were helpful and continued try until it reached us. Would definitely use Blackmore IT again.

Very smooth process…

It was very easy to order via their website and to add any enhancements that I might need (e.g. extra RAM). It was also delivered remarkably quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

2nd faulty laptop purchased

4.12.24: 2nd faulty software issue laptop purchased.
Will return this also for a full refund.
10.12.24: DHL delivery arranged for pick up between 15.40 - 16.40 on Tuesday 10th December. DHL were a no show, no telephone call, explanation or apology from the retailer, whose responsibility it is ensure delivery/collections take place. So, I now await a call in the morning from someone senior to explain.

This is the second time I have…

This is the second time I have purchased from Blackmore IT. first was a desktop which is still going strong and this time a b grade laptop I bought for my daughter. I bought a skin for it expecting a few scratches, I was wrong, only one tiny one on the lid that I had to have under a light to see! I booted it up no problem any time I have had to contact them (my problem)they have been quick and helpful there prices are some of the best around in short great

Laptop was exactly as described

Laptop was exactly as described. The business were unable to offer the CPU type that was originally purchased but they were very swift in explaining this and then, quite without prompting, offered an alternative CPU setup and an upgrade on the M.2 SSD as an alternative. The service was great. This is the third time I have purchased from Blackmore and the experience has been great each time.

B grade and much better condition than I thought it would be...

Sales and customer service answered all my questions in good time which gave me the confidence to buy, what to me, is an expensive laptop (even though it is refurbished and less than half the new cost). It was a B grade, yet it is much better condition than I imagined it would be. Also there don't seem to be any gotcha clauses with the extra warranty I bought - Customer services confirmed I could replace the battery myself if it became necessary and it wouldn't invalidate the warranty. So happy days. I am thrilled with my blisteringly fast Dell XPS :-)

Recovery procedure is excellent

Received a damaged laptop. This must have been dropped in the Warehouse, as the packaging is first class. Had no replacement, so was offered a free upgrade replacement, no quibble, no printing of a returns label, the laptops were received and returned by courier, no charge. So the recovery process is also five star.
