The products are fantastic, the prices are reasonable, delivery is free when you spend a certain amount. We were really impressed by the careful packaging and very prompt delivery. My wife had a question regarding our order (rillettes), their customer service is excellent and they responded efficiently and quickly. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy French food.

I am a customer and always have a great experience with La Bonnie Bouffe! The delivery is incredibly fast and arrive exactly on time, which is always a plus. The ordering process is smooth and easy, and I’m impressed by the quality of their products. I also appreciate the eco-friendly touch – no plastic packaging and thoughtful, sustainable materials used.
The only slight downside is that I tried reaching out twice for information about their wholesale options and didn’t receive a response. That said, this doesn’t take away from the excellent service and products.

Excellent purchase. I had been searching for suitable Garlic Croutons ever since the demise of Phileas Fogg mignons morceaux which are sadly missed, like Brannigan's Crisps. I found Le Grand Lejon Garlic Croutons advertised by Bonnebouffe on the internet and decided to try them. Fortunately my prayers were answered and I cannot give these Garlic Croutons too high a rating. Crisp, buttery and with the unmistakable flavour of garlic. It is one of those snacks of which you always want another. The delivery of the packets I ordered was very rapid, so getting the next batch quickly is not a problem. Highly recommended.

The products are of excellent quality, and the customer service stands out for its responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness.
I ordered cheese and charcuterie, requesting delivery on my son's birthday. Everything was delivered on the requested date, in perfect condition.
As a bonus, Caroline thoughtfully offered to include a birthday message, which she carefully placed in the package so my son could discover it as soon as he opened his gift.

I regularly order the small cans of green flageolet beans. For some reason I can’t find them in local supermarkets. These are just fantastic, tightly packed in the can instead of swimming in water and ideal for salads.

1st time that I've ordered from them will defo be using again I can't recommend them enough. I ordered on bank holiday Monday order arrived today Wednesday. Extremely well packaged - and absolutely no plastic involved which is a great bonus. Only tried a couple of the products that I ordered but extremely good and amazingly reasonable prices. Fast delivery, good range, great price what more can you ask for.

BonBouffe have food that’s hard to find in the UK, for example I ordered ‘Jesus de Lyon’ (saucisson). It’s packed well (with chill packs where necessary) and delivered promptly. It’s worth subscribing to their newsletter as they have seasonal specials, always good for those Christmas foodie gifts.

Great products. Food you can't buy on the high street or in your local supermarkets. All very tasty and some lovely flavours. Not overly expensive either.

Great selection of french foods. From confiture, canned cassoulet to fresh merguez and dry saucisson the quality is excellent, and they carry brands that are not available otherwise in the UK. Quick delivery, and if they also have an Amazon shop, it’s cheaper to buy directly from their website.
