They promised me to refund 188,69kr on 18th of June, but they never did!! I replied Mr. Zac three times to confirm his offer, but nothing happened! Below is the email I received:
“ Dear Jianqiao,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please accept our sincere apology that you have received a faulty item.
We would like to review a suitable price reduction if you want to keep the item, as this is more environmentally friendly. This way, you could repair the defect yourself if possible.
We can offer you a 35% price reduction on the price you paid for the item which corresponds to 188.69 DKK. Please note that if you approve this offer, you can not make another claim about the same defect.
