I ordered on line and after 48 hours hadn’t been told when my order would be shipped, so I emailed and had a prompt reply and within 2 days received my order. I would definitely order again from thus company.

Ordered specifically because they offered next day delivery…which didn’t happen. So pre Xmas gift was not delivered in time. Product is fabulous, service not so much. Had I known there would be delay I would have had the parcel delivered elsewhere.

Very prompt delivery. I wanted an item which was out of stock and was offered to receive an email when the item was back in stock. Waited 3 days for notification and was therefore able to receive said item in time for Christmas.

Applied knife techniques class - Excellent skills taught with three types of knives. We arrived early and an enthusiastic shop assistant even gave us a summary demo before the class on how to use knives for Chinese style cookery. Very helpful and informative.
The class itself was really well planned and executed. Taught me how to use all the knives and for what. I even learnt about a few basic French cookery skills too. I can now make a whole main course and we ate our results. The group was quite diverse but the trainer chef held us together and in focus without leaving anyone out. Great Christmas present for me. Was fun too!

I wanted to buy a pancake pan as a present and had decided on the Shaub 28', however, when I finally came to putting in an order I discovered that everyone was out of stock. I then went down the Internet Rabbit Hole and dove past the Usual Suspects until I finally came across Borough Kitchens. Despite giving the impression that this was an exclusive outlet, Borough Kitchen was, in fact, the best deal and so I placed an order.
From that point on Borough Kitchen constantly kept me informed and got the Pancake Pan to me by what seemed to be an impossibly short time.
I am only too happy to give Borough Kitchen a five-star rating and a 'tumbs-up' for their excellent communication and amazing delivery time.
They won't be found at the top of your search, but they certainly deserve to appear at the top amongst all those who have paid to appear there.

We were initially worried about the parcel not arriving before we went away, but Borough Kitchen packed it in no time and DPD delivered it in a couple of days, so we really didn’t need to be concerned. The baking tray is a Christmas present, so we can’t comment on its performance, but it looks like good value for money for a keen cook.
