Recently brought a set of 6 so called copper pans from the M6 induction range at a cost of £1695,00
After just one use the copper is turning silver , borough kitchen have now informed me that it is just a copper finish and not a layer of copper , basically sprayed copper colour.
They also told me that they cannot be used on high settings as it will cause this .
Wish I would have known this before purchasing. THEY ARE NOT COPPER PANS
should be advertised as decorative purpose only .

I think there has been a big mistake. You failed to fulfil the order we made and your company still took our money even though you didn’t have the stock. Very disappointed and you should give us the interest on our money that we lost out on !

Very helpful staff, demonstrated the product I was interested in buying and clearly had excellent knowledge of the products.

My initial impression of the Heston saute pan is that it is excellent. Even though I didn't expect to receive it before Christmas, in fact it was delivered on Sunday, the day after I'd ordered it.

It was such a pleasure shopping at Borough Kitchen, and I have not experienced the level of customer service I experienced (especially given it was a busy Christmas shopping day), in a long time. Credit to the assistant who spent time helping to select the perfect kitchen knife and present for my partner - he loved it! I ordered on line and after 48 hours hadn’t been told when my order would be shipped, so I emailed and had a prompt reply and within 2 days received my order. I would definitely order again from thus company.
