Amazing service from Borough Kitchen…

Amazing service from Borough Kitchen but my parcel was delivered to a neighbours 3 houses up the lane. We were here for the suggested delivery time. We live up a single track dead end road without numbers with houses on one side only. Fortunately a quick post meant it was returned next day.

Helpful staff

Made a phone enquiry before I visited the shop and then talked through my options with a member of staff. The conversation helped me change my mind to buy a British product.

In love with Borough Kitchen

I could spend all my money on what Borough Kitchen offers. When I buy something I know the delivery will be fast and that if there was any issue they are very supportive and reliable. I last purchased a set of tumblers from LSA and I love them.

Expertise and support

Excellent support in the shop, on the first visit we got really good advice and experience about which pan to buy and why. And on the second a similarly warm, thoughtful and helpful guide. The shop has great staff, clearly passionate about cooking and the right tools

Absolutely wonderful staff

Absolutely wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful, they do know what they’re selling. I got vary good advice and am very happy as I was going to bring the wrong product.
