The product is good and I would…

The product is good and I would purchase it again. However it took 6 days to arrive. It would be better if the delivery time was indicated in advance for the buyer to plan accordingly

Feeling cheated..

The prepaid order I placed on Oct 15th is still not delivered after almost two months. The tracking keeps showing 'on it's way!'; the customer support ticket is closed without a solution and no response on calling number. This is absolute cheating. They close all doors to the customers to reach them.

still NO DELIVERY!

the first product ordered wasnt available so they gave me a gift voucher of the same amount. the second order for 10 days keeps showing its still not picked up. no one picks the phone or messages back. its really awful service. probably why people prefer to purchase from an amazon instead!

Products from this website are really great. I and my family can feel the soothing nature of the products as there are no chemicals, including all home care products and personal care products. The delivery is also prompt with provision for tracking of the products. In short I can say that I got addicted to Brown Living...

The top I bought was very thin and…

The top I bought was very thin and doesn't seem to be of good quality. The elastic bands on the arm holes are super tight and cut off blood supply.

The t-shirt on the other hand seemed of better quality.

Brown Living (Living Brown Pvt Ltd.) is a fraud company

This is a fraud company working with a fraud delivery partner Delhivery. They took my money and did not deliver the product. I kept following up with Delhivery for the product delivery they said it has reached the destination warehouse and will be delivered soon and after a month they said that the package is lost and I should contact the sender.

There is no customer support or option to cancel the order and ask for a refund.

They took my money without delivering product

I ordered some organic handkerchiefs from Brown Living (prepaid). They never got delivered. The company has marked them as delivered and their automatic system keeps calling me for product feedback. This company has no customer support whatsoever. I've tried email and whatsapp. They only use those for self promotion and not to help customers. I was home throughout the claimed delivery period and nobody even rang the doorbell nor did they leave the package with the security guard. Incredibly callous attitude for a company that makes tall claims about sustainability and whatnot.

I had bought a pack of six soy wax…

I had bought a pack of six soy wax candles shaped like sweets. I absolutely loved the idea and the candles looked like real sweets, complete with the silver virk, which was incredible. However, when I received the package, I got a small 4x4 square box with four sweet candles. I thought for 500 + 100 for shipping, what I received was too little and not at all something I could gift. I lit the candles myself. I do like the idea though.

Poor quality in terms of service and material

I ordered 2 things. I ordered a collapsible cup and metal straw. The collapsible cup came after a week and it was not steady enough and would collapse back easily. So NO it can not be used to drink anything. It’s been over 14 days and I have not still received my metal straws. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This is what I get when I decided to be environmentally conscious. Thank you. Noted.

Items not received and no response

I had ordered for 2 shampoo bars and I have received only 1. I have sent the details requested for but yet to receive a response. Neither the product nor the refund has been given to me.
