Roy and his partner went literally above and beyond with the installation of data cabling for my new home. After giving me a free inspection and quote and explaining his concerns with the job. He returned within a week to complete the job and it was done amazingly.

Not only was the entire plan needing changes due to the odd construction of my home but Roy and his partner were able to figure out a new plan whilst also still hitting EVERY SINGLE POINT I needed. Even the doorbell which I had been told was going to be next to impossible was managed to be done with a bit of tedious work.

But that really sums up the skill and effort his team did for this job whilst also being professional and respectful. Going as far as to not only cable test his own runs but also my runs done previously and redoing them when they came up as failed. Should also mention he did so much more work than originally quoted, such as moving the HFC connection and running HDMI passthroughs for wall mounted TVs when the main job was merely running multiple data drops in this two story already built home.

Roy was fantastic, just knew what to do without any fuss, he fixed our difficult cabling issue which had meant our NBN was lousy. His knowledge regarding all manner of cabling issues ,all manner of telecommunication concerns is second to none.If you have a problem I guarantee Roy will fix it, he just gets straight to work on arrival,no time is wasted believe me. Roy is the bestest of all. He explained the procedure to instal the Landline (Modem to Wall Socket which wasnt installed right way before in my new house) over the phone to me and made it so easy and quick, without worrying about charging fee. I tried few other places to do my NBN work and while i'm waiting for their reply, I rang FIBER TECH AUS PTY. They answered my call and within two hours professional technician came to fix the problem. Zane did really good job, And he provided great advise and his work was efficient.

Roy kept to his word to fix my weak WiFi signals in July even though he had demanding schedules. He set up another WiFi router to eliminate the weak signal spots in my home.
The cabling was done expertly with due consideration to aesthetics.
His first job relocating my nbn outlet to the back of my house was done excellently.

Fiber Tech solved our Problems!
Roy, from Fibre Tech, was able to get our NBN cabling installed into some very difficult locations in our apartment building. First I thought there would be conduit running all over the building and in our common areas, but, Roy was able to successfully, and skilfully, hide all cabling using some very creative and clever techniques. We are all delighted. Roy was also very accomodating in the time he devoted to the job and was able to attend at everyone's apartment when it was most convenient for each tenant or owner. He even came on weekends.

Great experience with my recent cable install. The tech was on time and all work was done as described and after encountering some issues from my setup solutions were presented and no extra charges were made.
I now have fast, reliable, cabled NBN on all 3 floors of my town house.

Roy was responsive with my initial enquiry, install was fast and reasonably priced. Roy provided an excellent installation of ethernet cabling in our existing home. He really takes pride in his work. Our home is connected Fibre to the Node (FTTN) it has been transformed from a struggling wifi modem and extender signal barely able to provide 12mbps to a internet super hub with speeds of 52mbps per device (and we have 16 devices - tvs xboxs playstations, phones, computers laptops etc connected). If your looking to get ethernet cabling installed you have to talk to Roy and get him to do it, you won't be disappointed.

Such a good experience, we didn't have wifi for 3 weeks due to our landlord/property manager being useless. Roy was excellent, fixed so many problems with the property and didn't slow down until everything was done, made mine and my housemates day! Roy was very responsive over email and phone and was more than willing to get the job done, not to mention he was also very approachable, patient and friendly while he was here. I explained the situation to him and then within the day he had our old tin roof and brick house cabled up in a very tidy and organised manner as well as adding another antenna point for us and also tidying up some of the old cabling around the antenna. Roy did a great job installing internal NBN HFC wiring for me. He was responsive when organizing a time, and he talked me through the options when it became clear my original plan for the cabling wasn’t viable. The finished wiring solution is very neat and tidy.
