No issues or problems

No issues or problems, straight forward and easy to apply. Once credit checks done, money in my account very quickly.would recommend castle community bank to family, friends and work colleagues. A very satisfied customer.

I can honestly say this was the best…

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with a financial organisation. I have consolidated my debts and am now living within my means thanks to Castle. Cannot recommend enough 😊

Simple as 123 and done

Easy to deal with the app is great as you can see wht level you at in payments the communications setting the loan up was very easy would recommend to anybody

A great help at the right time

Only at second payment but so far they’ve been great for my needs. I managed to get my monthly payments a bit lower which is a great help with the financial climate at the moment with everything getting more expensive in everyday life. Thank you

Quick easy ,great communication via emails .taking the loan how allowed me to be able to start saving again after Christmas using the account you opened for me at the time of the loan.

Settlement Rip Off AVOID!!!!!!

Provided a settlement to me with a one day validity. I have challenged this as this isn't stated in their terms and conditions. Paid the amount stated.

They are now trying to get another £125+ out of me after paying my loan off, despite what their own Terms and Conditiojs state.

Emailed them to make a formal complaint, no response from them.

Now in conversation with ombudsman and regulator.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Castle Community Bank are great

Castle Community Bank are great! gave me a loan when no one else would and I finished paying it back this year. No issues or drama they seemed to look at me not just a look at my credit score.
