Excellent website, great prices and lovely products. The team at charlies did an amazing job of packing fragile glass baubles, everything arrived quickly, and in all were safe and sound, despite it being a mixed order of items including a seriously heavy bag of bird food. I can always rely on charlies for their prompt service.

Charlies' is a good 40 miles away from ourselves, but we'll worth it always. Everything, we find is quality and staff are very happy to help with anything however small
At Christmas we always enjoy the effort that goes into making the experience festive, and there's always something different you just don't find anywhere else

Excellent website easy to view and order your choice of tree. I paid for express delivery and it was worth it. The tree itself is beautiful, you have to spread the braches out but once done it looks fabulous. I went for the lit Christmas tree which means no faffing around with lights and their cords. Highly recommend Charlie's.

I have never owned a fake Christmas tree before and I have been so impressed with the quality! Pre-lit is an absolute dream to put up (no spiking your arms!) and the branches have very realistic looking needles so I’m really happy. The seagrass Christmas tree skirt also looks fab. Fast delivery, good communication. Overall a very happy customer

We bought two square baskets the same dimensions to reasonably match . They seem reasonably strongly made but one has a rather noticeable twist in what should be square . It is of course a natural product so I understand the warning about differences between the two items , but had I been buying person I would have avoided the twisted one

Wrong item was originally sent (very quickly too) but mistake was soon rectified with no hassle. Correct item sent as soon as they realised mistake was made. Very busy before Christmas, mistakes happen, no problem getting it sorted. Would definitely order from again.

Found the product I wanted which I wasn’t able to get elsewhere. Contacted staff member when item didn’t arrive on time. Situation was handled extremely well and item was promptly delivered.

I needed this as a specific Christmas gift, and, as never used Charlie's before, I was apprehensive about the service. I needn't have worried, I was kept informed and the jacket arrived before the stated date. Regatta is a quality name, but the service was excellent. I will shop again

Order placed online 21.12.24 for a Christmas tree. Money paid, order acknowledged but get a phonecall today to say no stock available after all. Apparently nothing can be done, no alternatives offered.
Very disappointing and I hope the company sort out their stock control to save other people being disappointed

There was a one day delay due to an item not being immediately available. I received a call to advise me and ask if that was ok. I was also refunded my next delivery charge without requesting it. Perfect customer service.

This was the first time I had ordered from Charlies, but I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. The items I purchased were excellent quality and the price was very reasonable too, cheaper than some of the larger retailers who charge you more for the convenience of shopping online.
