Great value, best prices, but website could be better...
I was hoping to order several of the same item from the website, but there was insufficient stock. I called the next morning and found the staff helpful and able to supply the quantity I required. I received email confirmation of my order the same day, and an email a few days later from City Link to confirm the package had been collected by them. I was able to track the delivery status. The delivery window was 07:30-17:30, delivered early afternoon. Upon delivery I found the items to be not as I expected, and upon revisiting the website found the images were very small, and although the items were indeed those I had ordered, with hindsight I wish I had looked closer at the images. To summarize, the service, communication, and price were all good, but I feel the website let down my experience.

Ordered a small kit model on 19th September but as at the 25th September I have not received any notoification that the order has been dispatched.

We did email on the 19th and again on the 23rd of September. It would appear that the emails were not received - or went to the spam folder. Our phone call of the 26th solved the problem - but apologies for the lost emails.

Excellent service and prices
Prices are so much cheaper than anywhere else - I saved over £5 buying from Charlies and will definitely be using them again. My goods arrived the next day too. It doesn't come much better than this!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
This is the third item I've bought from Charlies, and must say price, service and delivery excellent. Without extra charges items come so quickly. I am so used to putting in my postcode when making a purchase, only to find the delivery charge jumps because I'm in the Highland of Scotland, but not with Charlie Direct. Excellent service and will definitely use again.

Good value and speedy service.
The items I ordered arrived really quickly via courier for a very reasonable P&P charge considering the bulky nature of the goods.I also found their prices to be very competetive.
